長期失業者が就職活動をするために貸し出しているということですね。例のひとつのロボット引き継ぎプログラムってなんだろう？ 「未来の図書館はいったいどういう場所であるべきか」の答えが、このイノベーションプロジェクトを追いかけることで見えてきそうです。
