A Dutch town put traffic lights in the pavement because people won't stop staring at their smartphones
It's an unconventional way to stop smartphone addicts from accidentally wandering into traffic.
Why did the Dutch smartphone user cross the road?
Because the pavement LEDs, as part of a trial in the municipality of Bodegraven-Reeuwijk, told them it was safe to do so
